How to Use

1. Take a treatment in opd at any mbbs or above consultant.
2. Collect all bills of consultation charges & prescribed medicines bill.
3. Post bills at Claimdesk or courier us within 2 weeks after last doctor visit or treatment completion.
4. Get direct cash amount credit into your bank account after approval of 1 week.

Please Note

• • If your consultation fee is Rs 500 or above; you will receive the maximum cash i.e. Rs. 500 per consultation charges.
  • If your cash request for consultation is below 500 then it will be considered as actual amount e.g. Doctor’s fee Rs 400; you will receive the amount Rs. 400.
  • Medicine Bills If your prescribed medicines bill is Rs 3000 or above, you will receive the maximum cash i.e. Rs 3000.
  • Maximum cash request 12 times can be placed to get cash on actual consultation charges & prescribed medicine bills.
  • All cash request are applicable for active membership card only.
  • Not applicable for Dental & fancy cosmetic treatments,
  • All hospitalizations or In-patient department ,
  • No Coverage on Baba tantrik, Homeopathic, “Jhola chhap doctors”
