Add honey to it and you will get more benefit. This will give relief in runny nose and sore throat. 6. Brew and Drink Black pepper, basil, crush ginger, cloves. Add water and boil it. Apple Cider Vinegar Put apple cider vinegar in water. Mix well properly. You can also add some honey to make it reduce its bitterness. Drink it. You can drink two to three glasses a day. 10.
