The Mayhs OPD plan
This is most popular plan for all adults facing health condition. This plan offers wide range in opd treatment for critical disease, cancer disease, ortho, cardiac disease and so on. Plan A and B are capped for the use. Plan C provide unlimited doctor visits. There are three options are available wherein, a patient can select any one of the following.
A: Upto ₹2000 for doctor visits and ₹4000 for Prescribed medicine annually.
B: Total 10 doctor’s fee upto ₹850 on each visit and, ₹4000 for Prescribed medicine yearly.
C: Unlimited Doctor’s fee coverage upto ₹650.
Who can apply?
- Age should be between 18 to 60 years.
- Everyone who lives in India
- Not applicable for minors.
Other Benefits
- No pre-medical test required
- Tax Saving as per IT rules of India
- All Indian Doctors who are minimum qualified as “MBBS”
- All Disease covered (Cancer, Critical disease, HIV/Aids, Pre-Existing, Maternity etc., )
Exclusion
Non-MBBS Doctors, Dental & fancy cosmetic treatments, hospitalization, Coverage on Baba tantrik, Homeopathic, “Jhola chhap doctors” or similar in nature.
